1. Membership Overview

• Memberships are offered as monthly subscription-based wash plans.
• Each membership includes up to 15 washes per month, per membership.
• Unused washes do not roll over to future months.
• Memberships are per vehicle, not per person, household, or family.

2. Vehicle-Specific Use

• Each membership is issued to one specific registered vehicle and is tied to a single license plate using license plate recognition technology.
• Only the registered vehicle is authorized to use the membership.
• Memberships may not be shared, transferred, or used on multiple vehicles, including vehicles within the same household or family.
• Any use of a membership on an unregistered vehicle is considered misuse.
• Misuse may result in temporary lockout, additional charges, or suspension or cancellation of the membership without refund.

3. Billing & Automatic Renewal

• Memberships are automatically billed monthly to the payment method on file.
• Memberships renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled.
• Failed, declined, or disputed payments may result in temporary suspension of wash access until payment is resolved.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Memberships may be canceled at any time through the app or online customer portal.
• No refunds or partial credits are provided for unused washes.
• Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Wash Availability

• Wash availability is subject to weather conditions, equipment maintenance, power outages, or safety concerns.
• Temporary closures may occur.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for closures or downtime.

6. Proper Use & Vehicle Safety

• Vehicles must meet all posted size, height, width, and clearance requirements.
• Customers are responsible for removing or securing loose items, aftermarket accessories, racks, antennas, or non-factory attachments.
• Mr. Sudz Car Wash is not responsible for damage caused by improper vehicle preparation or prohibited accessories.

7. Changes & Modifications

• Pricing, wash features, or membership terms may change with reasonable notice.
• Notice may be provided via email, text message, app notification, posted signage, or online updates.
• Continued use of the membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Promotions & Discounts

• Memberships cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.

9. Communications

• By enrolling, I consent to receive service-related notifications, account updates, and promotional messages.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out options are available.

10. Image & Data Use

• Vehicle images and license plate data may be captured for license plate recognition, security, and operational verification.
• License plate recognition and vehicle images are used to verify membership eligibility and usage.
• This data is used solely for business and operational purposes.

11. Enforcement

• Mr. Sudz Car Wash reserves the right to monitor membership usage, investigate suspected misuse, and suspend or cancel memberships for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Mr. Sudz Car Wash is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage, aftermarket or non-factory modifications, or mechanical or electrical failures unrelated to the wash process.

13. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
